Waterloo Warehouse is a beautiful brick, granite and limestone Grade II listed building sitting within the North Docks. Built by George Fosbery Lyster in 1867 and converted under the Mersey Dock regeneration scheme, many of the 220 apartments take full advantage of the original features with exposed brick interiors.
Since 2015, Berkeley Shaw has proudly managed this iconic Liverpool landmark. Our commitment to preserving its heritage culminated in a comprehensive three-year, £2 million restoration project (2022-2025) involving specialist repointing, brickwork cleaning, window refurbishment, and the handcrafted replacement of deteriorated corbels.
